Sophia Flot-Warner

is a multifaceted actress and voice over artist.  The range of her skills has been witnessed in roles as varied as a millionaire, an unnamed crack addict and a mother with a warped sense of propriety.   Sophia relocated to LA in July 2012 and has booked:

 

  • 5 pilots -  Hollywood Court, Shipping Mr. Douglas, Be the Church, DMV  & Chameleon
  • 5 commercials - 2 of which are national- AstraZeneca/Bydureon, Shark Vacuum, Coupon Cabin, Fresh Step, Care Concepts
  • A co-starring role in the feature horror film The Haunting of Alexis King, now on Amazon.
  • Lead & supporting roles in 5 feature films & 9 short films
  • Voice overs in 2 PETA PSAs, SXSW sizzle reel, a short film, an animated film and  series
  • Spokesperson for BBWorld 2017 New Orleans
  • Industrials for a local business and a college business course

A Louisiana native & proud Creole, Houston, Texas was her home prior to moving to California.  Her last project there included a co-starring role in an indie short  titled The Bus Stop.  Sophia enjoyed a successful season run as the Barbarian Medicine Woman for the Texas Renaissance Festival.
In community theater, she played
  • Mrs. Muller in Doubt: A Parable
  • The Woman in Orange in For Colored Girls…
  • Several other colorful lead and supporting roles. 
 
Sophia has written a faith-based feature film script titled True North.  The screenplay has won 4 film festival awards!  Her first pilot script, The New Guard, has won 2 festival awards. She is currently writing another pilot titled Red Velvet about a fabulous family of red bones and her first sci-fi feature script. Check out the Screenplay page for updates.
God has called her to build a faith-based production studio that will bring transformation to the on set culture of Hollywood and to faith-based storytelling!
